A vote for Katter is a vote for Rudd by proxy.

Likewise, with the Palmer United Party...only he's managed to cut a deal with the greens, so has served as a vote-broker for Labor to appease Labors key alliances.

Just be sure you check before casting your swinging vote....because as much fun as it might seem having a little variety....the truth is, a majority of these minor parties were purposefully created with a view to fooling ignorants and syphoning votes to GALP. I'm pretty sure I know how to vote, I can even do the Senate below the line.

Katter is nothing short of an opportunist, a used car salesman, a go-getter...he could care less about the dairy farmers duopoly concerns, and would sell you his dead mothers rotting carcass if he thought it would line his wallet.

Honestly you guys need to have a holiday.

The policies you picked are standard unbiased summaries of the policy positions. They are pretty accurate.
They can't be biased right and left at the same time mantra...
Hence the results.

Doesn't mean you agree 100% with any of the policies offered. It is not a comprehensive list.
Doesn't cover every political party.
I don't doubt I have more affiliation with Katter due to my affiliation to ON policies.
Katter likes Rudd... I don't... the guy is a liar among many other negatives. His feelings for Rudd may have affected his preference policy. Won't affect me I choose my own preferences anyway.

let me remind you mel, Katter did not hand government to Gillard. I wouldn't be so quick to take the simple line spouted by some disaffected MP. Not that I'd give him or Palmer my first preference vote anyway.
