So what is your new point?

Anyone who knows the ABC knows they are biased.
Yes the ABC fact checker is biased.
Polifact is biased
Indeed Vote Compass is like other political quiz type tools.
I've already commented on it.
Did it make you decide to vote Green or ALP mel?
Based on the results I got and knowing that it is not an ideological determinant but election specific, I'd be happy if anyone who knows nothing about politics and the election used it to decide their vote. Better that than a vote in complete ignorance. Mind you, they probably wouldn't be able to answer the questions anyway.

Well for someone (myself) who apparently knows nothing about politics, I certainly know a lot more than yourself when it comes to identifying the 'tools' this government 'employs' in order to sway public opinion to win elections.

Indeed Vote Compass is like other political quiz type tools.

You made the claim, argued the Vote Compass tool was not unlike other political surveys, so I asked you to explain how.
But again, you regress to avoidance projection tactile... accuse myself who asked you to back up your claim, of not backing up my own.

Do you know much about Government 2.0 and Project 8 ?

Or will you argue this is another tin-foil hat conspiracy theory?

oh dear...

.

ok so how is this tool developed and owned by a university group different from say Political Compass or other political ideology quiz sites? hmmm...
some ask more questions some less
this tool was first used in the last Canadian election.
It is election specific. It asks questions related to the country/government/issues related to the upcoming election. that is the only difference. Or as Kevvie would call it programmatic specificity. :rofl

Have you ever regularly been co-opted to do surveys and polls by groups like Online Opinion etc where some demographic information is used in order to verify the veracity of the poll or survey? No?

This is basically no different... You can opt in or out of the extras like giving them your twitter address and being involved in further surveys.

You can discourage others from visiting the links all you like, but I’m sure they are capable of googling their own links concerning Government 2.0 and Project 8...and it's association with Vote Compass and Fact-Checker.

You argue that Vote Compass is like other political quiz type surveys... well I argue that it 's not.

Key difference being, Vote Compass and Fact-checker are being funded by the public taxpayer.

Know of any other publicly funded political quizzes out there?

Thanks to an extra $10 million given to the ABC by the Greens/ALP Government outside of the normal budget process.

Time to privatise the ABC.

It's just an online quiz.

Personal demographics aren't mandatory in order to participate and are hardly likely to influence people. They are just a bit of fun and certainly nothing to lose any sleep over.

The squandering of taxpayers money when we already have a budget deficit of $30 billion is just a bit of fun?

If it's so much fun, why wont Labor purchase their social-media campaign tools with their own party campaign funding?

Why are Australians expected to foot the bill for Rudd2.0's latest digital campaign sex-toy?

Rudds digital revolution turned out to be him just sticking his fingers up your ass and twisting them.

8-) .... It's over. And remember...a soufflé never rises twice.
