Have had a crocodile pizza, but not eaten alligator.

Overrated, the croc IMHO.

Could there be any real difference in the meat? Alligators are bred for their meat. A wild one would taste different I imagine.

The croc meat on the pizza probably came from a farmed crocodile. Quite a mild if not bland flavor I thought.

Aligater meat tastes best when you jump on it's back and strangle it with your bare hands and then eat it raw.

My father and I used to do this every summer.
