the court will record a conviction and you will have a criminal record if you are found guilty of drink driving.

But let's assume you and your peer Nappy are right. Just for the latest, Credlin is a therefore a criminal. Abbott harbours a criminal as his most senior policy advisor. Might as well have Bryant there instead. After all, they are both criminals.

Hahahahahhahahahaha
What was Credlins BAC level? Anywhere near 0.211?
You have never been right about a single thing yet. What makes you think that is about to change?

Only Timmy has a criminal record so far. According to you, Credlin is innocent until proven guilty and had her day in court.
How many more experts are wrong and our taxi driving little Aussie bleeding vag is right?

There are harsh penalties for drink driving. The penalty will largely depend on the result of your breath test. The higher your Blood Alcohol Level (BAL), the stiffer the penalties. Generally you will be fined and your licence will be suspended. A criminal conviction will also probably be recorded.
However, if your offence was in the lower range (you were only just over) and you have a clean record there is a better chance that you will not receive a criminal conviction. This is obviously a good outcome, as a criminal record can affect you in many ways, particularly in terms of future employment prospects as well as in security and background checks. It is therefore important to put a strong argument before the court to try and prevent this from happening.

ABSOLUTELY WRONG. In the ACT, at least, DUI was DECRIMINALISED way back but not before Timmy had his fingerprints registered. No idea about DUI laws in Shepparton, Victoria. The ACT is often the first to change stuff ......Aussie wrote:They are wrong, and I am right.IQS.RLOW wrote:http://www.findlaw.com.au/faqs/1190/wha ... iving.aspx

Credlin's reading was o.075 .... 2 beers or a couple of glasses of wine. She was not caught by a RBT but at her HOME in the driveway. Police harassment, perhaps?

Interesting:
Geez, Abbott must be getting dire results from focus group studies! You would have thought they would have thought about all this! They are nowhere near ready for government and won’t be for 6 years after getting rid of the deadwood and some solid policy development. Abbott can pray fervently to become PM but he should have done solid work since 2010.
The LNP “make–believe Gonski” is:
In other words, the Libs have NOTHING re improving educational outcomes!
—Another Ruddstoration beatup, from Whiny Piny:
A stunt! Why stunts at this stage?
Because they have no policies! PPL and BOATS! But only PPL can be considered a policy, a stinking, mangy, weak excuse of a policy but that is it! That is what they are going to the election with! I have heard of threadbare platforms before, from both sides, but this is a one–plank platform! Wow! And the polls are turning, turning against them. Newspoll stayed the same, but it will likely overshoot in the other direction next time.
Another 1% up in Labor PV and just watch the amazing unhinging everywhere!
It is. Polls at this stage were the same, everyone assumed O’Farrell would win and he did. No stunts. Today:Andrew Elder @awelder Protected account 6m
4 months out from the last NSW elections, nobody gave a damn about Keneally's #comcab and O'Farrell didn't need stunts. Contrast interesting

—Obviously focus groups not happy there is no Gonski if Libs elected. Just days ago—funding model not broken, no need for GonskiCoalition says it will implement its own version of the ‘Gonski’ school funding reforms should it win office http://bit.ly/18h85Ub

The LNP “make–believe Gonski” is:
http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/1769 ... -on-GonskiIn his letter, Mr Pyne states "the coalition government does not intend to unwind the NPSI should there be overwhelming agreement between the states and territories on the NPSI by June 30".
"However, should overwhelming agreement not be reached, an elected coalition government would take an alternative approach to the implementation of the recommendations contained in the Gonski report," he says.
The letter says the existing funding arrangement would be kept for "at least one year" while talks were held on a new system, which could include a common per student funding benchmark and "sector blind" loadings for disadvantaged students.
In other words, the Libs have NOTHING re improving educational outcomes!

How pissweak! Just how pissweak is that! “he knew the topic of the statement, but would not reveal it” oh wow, I will take that as rock solid guarantee of, errr, nothing. A stunt.“My information from within the inside of the Labor Party is that (a challenge) is planned for June 3rd … or the week of June 3rd,” Mr Pyne said.
He said the same source had told him about Mr Rudd’s change of heart on gay marriage two days before the former Labor leader went public in an essay on his blog.
Mr Pyne said Mr Rudd also planned to make another “interesting statement” on policy within the next two weeks, before launching his challenge.
He said he knew the topic of the statement, but would not reveal it
