Oh there's plenty new as the ongoing police investigation suggests and that transcript suggests exactly what is at the heart of the police requesting a statement and Fordham stating unequivocally that Gillard is under investigation.

There is no way any Lawyer would even travel 100 metres JUST to witness a document. If some client paid for my air-fare (and time) to travel such a long distance to Perth JUST so I could witness a document, yep, I'd remember it, no matter how long ago it was.
