I want to know why the boat, in some bloke's backyard, is riddled with bullet holes. That okay with you, BO?

I'm more interested in why there are numerous people in Boston riddled with holes, for no discernible reason.

Only when it suits the victor. That never sat nicely with me. So, why is that boat riddled with bullet holes?

I'm OK with it.

They were operating managing the risk that he has a bomb strapped to him. So the manage that risk that filled him with holes. Sounds like a fair risk mitigation strategy when the guy in on the run and hiding in a boat as committed a terrorist attack that killed innocence and had run over his brother in the escape.

I'm Ok with it. Why aren't you?

Well he obviously deserves a full apology and multi million dollar payout then for pain and suffering, doesn't he termite. Perhaps you could offer him hand relief too if he gets too tired from his injuries?
