Real life 'pearls.'

We get 'em in the Cabs, but I had a ripper toady. Lady in her early 40's going to the Hospital from the Rail Rank. Traffic was a tad heavy, and she commented on how some drivers needed to relax. "Why is everyone in such a hurry? Why not leave a minute earlier, and not rush so much?" she protested. "What we need are signs everywhere.......all saying just one word....(which she then expressed orally.....and then to add emphasis, she spelled it out loudly) .......... P A T I E N T S!"

I know you won't believe it.....but I smiled obligingly, and simply agreed with her.
