Here are 4 of the 6 bills which constitute for their New Media package.

I'd like to know where the remaining two are.

Have you read any of them Roach?

This or know where the remaining 2 may be found?

news media voice has the meaning given by section 78GA.

news or current affairs aggregation service means:

(a) an online service; or

(b) any other service;

that does no more than aggregate any of the following material:

(c) material having the character of news or current affairs;

(d) material consisting of commentary or opinion on, or analysis of, news or current affairs.

news or current affairs content means content that:

(a) has the character of news or current affairs; or

(b) consists of commentary or opinion on, or analysis of, news or current affairs.

news or current affairs program means a program that consists wholly or principally of news or current affairs content.

online service means:

(a) a service that delivers content to persons having equipment appropriate for receiving that content, where the delivery of the service is by means of electronic communications; or

(b) a service that allows end-users to access content using electronic communications;

but does not include:

(c) a broadcasting service; or

(d) a datacasting service.

And will Ozpolitic be registering as a 'News Media Voice'?

This and be forced to comply with strict content regulation.

If not, and say this package does get through .... then say goodnight to forums like ozpolitic.

Could this be one reason so many are closing down?

Again, have you read the 6 bills?

Perhaps if Aussie had he would be wishing he'd shut his pie hole.

Now, be a clever little roach for mellie, and go fetch the two remaining bills for me.

It seems, they aren't anywhere to be found.

So far, we have 4 of the 6 bills, which comprise of the New Media package, none of us were meant to delve into until it was passed.

Or until the mere hype of passing such had severed it's alarmist decoy purpose.

ROTFLMAO Mel...

Wassup...? Can't handle the truth?

Turnbull is presently Shadow Communications Minister, his portfolio covers the subject being discussed.
He is the Opposition Spokesman for it.

You lose... suck it up and admit you were wrong yet again. :du

I am tired of talking about Malcolm in the middle... there are more pressing things worthy of discussion than this grubs dismal future to ponder.
