In this case, it looks likely to me that this guy was still "out of control" until he was taken down (encouraged by the crowd and those filming it to continue), so the police were left with little option but to get increasingly physical with him.

Well, I beg to differ with you there boxy, and whilst I agree, gay's have rights, just as we all have rights, I don't believe paedophiles or those who violate other peoples rights in such a heinous manner should have any rights at all.

Boxy, rights aren't a given, or an entitlement, they are earned... are deserved.

If you do the right thing by others, this is, uphold and value other peoples rights, then yes, you are entitled to having your rights upheld also, but in the instance of some deeply depraved offenders who go about their lives violating other peoples rights, like the right to be able to grow up without having been exploited sexually by some filthy depraved old pervert, no, they don't deserve to have their rights upheld, not in my book anyway.
