Some of the worst resourced areas are being compromised by their ICLEI subservient councils funneling funds (which should be going towards meeting the needs of their local community ie health and education) into Agenda 21.
If your councils on this list, don't expect public health and education to be how it should be as rates are increasingly being invested into ICLEI approved local and global sustainability initiatives.

In other words, you may sit and wait for months, years in agony to have non-elective surgery, and your child's local public school may lack the required staff and resources to teach them properly, though rest assured ...you may take comfort in the prospect of your local council having purchased a windmill for a far-away community in a developing country neither you or your children have even heard of.

This is Local Agenda 21 in all it's glory.
