I am always alert to the concept that if I ever fall off the perch without notice not to leave a mess behind me. Poor old Pissy.............his Man Cave is now a crime scene and all his personal foibles will now become evidence in his Trial. You can bet the steroids will be right out there. Quite apart from his freedom, his athletic credentials will now be under the microscope.

Here's his story. Sort of plausible, and it would be great to get a floor plan of the house. Lot's of questions of course....but he has given enough for science to determine whether what he asserts is true.

They're impulsive, evil cun.ts, but I'd rather deal with them, than the cold, calculating cu.nts who go out and try to organise a murder they stand a chance of getting away with...
There is more to this than meets the eye. He is guilty despite what his Dad says! An intruder locks "himself" in the toilet? :rofl Right. Great defence.

This whole affair is unfolding like the OJ Simpson trial.

"Tears In Rain" is the final monologue of the replicant Roy Batty in the movie Blade Runner. It is much quoted and has been described as "perhaps the most moving death soliloquy in cinematic history.

In the Channel 4 documentary On the Edge of Blade Runner, Hauer, director Ridley Scott, and screenwriter David Peoples asserted that Rutger Hauer wrote the "Tears in Rain" speech. There were earlier versions of the speech in Peoples' draft screenplays; one included the sentence:
I rode on the back decks of a blinker and watched c-beams glitter in the dark, near the Tanhauser Gate
In his autobiography, Hauer said he merely cut the original scripted speech by several lines, adding only "All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain" although the original script, displayed during the documentary, before Hauer's rewrite, does not mention "Tanhauser Gate":
I've known adventures, seen places you people will never see, I've been Offworld and back... frontiers! I've stood on the back deck of a blinker bound for the Plutition Camps with sweat in my eyes watching the stars fight on the shoulder of Orion...I've felt wind in my hair, riding test boats off the black galaxies and seen an attack fleet burn like a match and disappear. I've seen it, felt it...!
Hauer described this as "opera talk" and "hi-tech speech" with no bearing on the rest of the film, so he "put a knife in it" the night before filming, without Scott's knowledge. In interview with Dan Jolin, Hauer said that these final lines showed that Batty wanted to "make his mark on existence ... the robot in the final scene, by dying, shows Deckard what a real man is made of."

When Hauer performed the scene, the film crew applauded and some even cried and sobbed that "Animal Mother needs to get a dog up 'im." This was due to the power of the dying speech coming at the end of an exhausting shoot.

Not a robot, just one of us :P

Strange how good that Vangelis music is, when combined with film, yet alone, it sucks balls... badly

Watching the Media on this. Even if Pissy is acquitted, his life is fucked.................because of the schmedia. For them, he will always provide grist for their voracious Mill, commercially motivated to sell the rag or attract/retain end users:

1. Convicted murderer.....or............

2. Accused murderer, later acquitted Pissy.

What is the solution to this? Using Pissy as the example.....if he is acquitted..............how will he ever personally recover his life as it was before 14.2.13 (with the exception of the absence of his Lady?) If he is acquitted, that means he is completely innocent of any wrong doing. Anyone wanna predict whether he ever is allowed to totally enjoy that absolute truth?

Maybe this new fangled thaing called 'social media' also has an impact.

A 75 second audio clip of the "bail hearing" summary and decision is included in this news article:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/fe ... ge-reasons

Who was the FARKING DIPSH!T who yelled out "yes!" at 1:09?

Shades of Mercedes Corby. That dumb bogan's insolent courtroom antics could very well have added 10 years to her sister's sentence. Oscar's supporters need to get some fricken manners and shut the hell up.

And how's the judge's form? What a self centred show pony he just proved himself to be in that audio.

Y'all notice how towards the end of the Brownlow Medal count Andrew Demetriou ramps up the pregnant pauses as he's reading out the votes? I don't like Andrew. He's a fat head borderline sociopath. So it especially shits me coz Andrew loves the attention, loves to work the lagered-up crowd. But it does add to the drama so I begrudgingly have to give him a pass card.

Well, Judge Desmond Nair in the Blade Runner trial takes the fat headed pregnant pause to a whole new level.
I come to the conclusion that.................... the accused has made a case to be released on bail.
Judge Fatty McFathead saw fit to insert a six second pregnant pause. Six seconds??!? What a dickhead. Honestly. I thought the link was playing up when everything fell silent.

[One of the many reasons for bail being granted is that the judge "did not think Pistorius was a flight risk." Just to be sure, they should make him hand in all his legs. Make him grovel around in a box for the next few months, using his hands to get around. Purely for the comedy value, and the laff-and-point-at-Oscar-when-you-see-him-at-the-shops factor.]

All accurate comments. Yeahs......why all the pregnant pauses? Is Justice in SA all about who is the best drama queen? It seems so. If Pissy were in Queensland, before he got bail on this charge, he have to front a Supreme Court Judge....and all of them are capable of making and expressing cogent decisions. I doubt he would have been given bail here.

He may be found innocent of some charges, but he still killed his girlfriend with a gun, (at best) in a criminally negligent manner. If he gets off scott free, it will be a miscarriage of justice of epic proportions.
