Yes, what Rares said in his Judgement were his opinions/findings/conclusions based on what Ashby said was his case in the Pleadings. But, guess what.....the Judgement of Rares, his opinions/findings/conclusions are now gospel fact and they will remain so until they are upset, if they are at all, on Appeal.

You have not read the Judgement, because if you have, you would not be posting this rubbish......in my opinion.

Roxon influenced the judge to dismiss. The ALP has a history of interfering with the legal process
