I read the judgment. It is his profession to assess and determine people's motivations. That's what he gets paid his exorbitant salary for. If you aren't happy with the way Rares has formulated his pronouncement - then convince Abbott, Brough and Ashby that they should appeal his decision.

They won't because they know someone will dig deeper and possibly find more incriminating evidence which could lead back to Abbott.
