A bit late for my friends in AUS but has no one remarked today is a once-in-a-lifetime event? This is the last such triple date for almost a century -- until January 1, 2101.

I care less about interest rates. I paid off my Mortgage in under 9 years.

Y2K was a flop, because a lot of computer specialists went to a lot of trouble to fix most of the problems that it would have caused.
