It has BEGUN AGAIN due to NEW INFORMATION and some dedicated journos.
Link please, one which demonstrates that the 'Victorian Fraud Squad' is currently remotely interested in Gillard.

As you would fucking well know, the FRAUD SQUAD in any State would not advertise. Believe me, Gillard is being investigated.
Okay....you lied. No link. Typical of the the right wing nut jobs.

Thanks Rorschach.

VICTORIAN police have begun interviewing key witnesses as part of an investigation into the Australian Workers Union scandal.

Fraud squad detectives have contacted at least two people, including retired Greek-born builder Kon Spyridis, who said he spoke with police on Monday in relation to payments he'd received from the AWU in the mid-1990s.

Police have also contacted former Slater & Gordon employee Olive Brosnahan, who in 1993 did the conveyancing on the Melbourne property at the centre of the affair.

The police move comes as new allegations emerge that Prime Minister Julia Gillard was heavily involved in the creation of a union body later used as a "slush fund".

The Australian reports today that documents, released after 17 years, show Ms Gillard argued the case for the incorporation of the Australian Workers Union Workplace Reform Association.

I think it's rather telling with respects to the 'type' of company our prime minister liked to keep all those years ago.

If she wasn't of a certain inclination, then why else would she enjoy the company of liars, crooks and fraudsters?

Like forces attract.

Just my thoughts.

Bare in mind, Bruce Wilson is not the only dishonest man she's enjoyed the company of over the years, she seems to attract a certain sneaky and dishonest element.
She also had a previous relationship with union official Michael O'Connor (accused of corruption and described as a Labour rat by Paul Keating) and fellow Federal Labor MP Craig Emerson, who was married with children at the time of their affair.

What sort of woman knowingly sleeps with a married man with children?

Clearly, one without a conscience.

The home wrecker!!!

This is what you voted for Australia.

Sorry, being young and naive 'still' at age 32 doesn't quite cut it.

I don't believe Gillard knew much, or cared about this fund. She did a favour for her b/f by setting it up. What she does have to explain - and at the time it was probably unimportant, why the ad described the fund differently to the reason given for it's registration. That was incompetence/slackness.

These sort of companies are set up all the time for churches, charities, businessmen, lay people etc. Solicitors aren't paid to follow up after a job and see whether the directors/trustees/owners etc. are adhering to the rules set out by the corporations/business act and using the business lawfully.

Crooks would rarely confide in their female partners about their criminal activities. If they did - why aren't the gaols filled with the wives/g/f's of fraudulent, crooked businessmen? Why are only the males usually charged?
