Israel is in a bad spot.
On lots of levels.
Given that they are paranoid and believe in and eye for an eye and have been dealing with these people for centuries, I'm reluctant to be too hard on them.

Any criticism of Israel or its inhabitants is anti-Semitic. You must agree with them at all times and condemn those who they hate otherwise you're called a Jew hater.

Israel is trigger happy - UN buildings, safe houses, schools, private homes, children - anything goes. After all their whinging about the Holocaust and the western world bending over to make it up to them - they have become no better than the Nazis. The Nazis murdered their captives outright, but the Israeli missiles with their thousands of bits of shrapnel are intended to either maim innocent women and children for life or ensure a slow painful death. They won't stop until Palestine becomes impotent and completely subjugated. The rockets the Palestinians fire are a feeble emasculated protest. If they stop protesting - Israel will take the last of their remaining property and their entitlement to a little independence.

Israel is a loose cannon. It does what it pleases and all the protests from other nations condemning their attrocities fall on deaf ears because Israel is the home of the mothers of US Senators, media moguls, CEO's of multinationals and board members of the UN, World Bank and IMF.

The Israelis closed their schools, at least 3 of which were bombed, and cleared civilians from prone areas. That consequently results in less casualties doesn't it?

The Palestinians use their schools and civilian areas to store and launch their rockets. If civilians complain about using their houses as launch pads they get shot and dragged behind motor bikes. Anything goes? Yes it does
