On this I have to agree with the right whingers. I'm glad I got out of Sydney when I did. It's a dangerous place to live now, especially with the escalating ethnic gangs roaming the streets. They usually stick to killing each other, but often some innocent person gets caught up in the crossfire.

They're bored, illiterate and violent. We accept huge hordes of different cultures here to please the UN, but the govt. doesn't know what to do with them apart from splashing money around. We should sign families up to 5 acre blocks in dying country towns with the necessary tools and leave them to it. Let them be self supporting. They'd be happier - so would we.

Yes - they all want to live in the cities, but many don't want to work - or else they're unemployable, so these huge families rake in govt. benefits and keep breeding. Their children don't fit into mainstream in the cities, so they stick to their own and the disenfranchised kids form gangs.

The govt. needs to get tough and offer them an alternative to settling in the city.
