You do not understand the concept of hearsay do you. Eye witness accounts are never so. They are direct evidence of the best kind.

I'm sorry but the accuser isn't considered reliable and one witness never saw it. The other thinks he did. But doesn't corroborate what the accuser said happened.

In the other case witnesses caused the case to be thrown out and the accuser said he was standing over 2 foot away... pretty hard to touch someone from over 2 foot away and also the area said to have been touched varies in the testimony.

I never said he was frozen to the spot. She said someone touched her and she turned and saw Abbott 2 feet away.
My opinion... she was stunned and very embarassed when everyone laughed at her when she was talking about Abbott unaware he was there and he tapped her on the back. So embarassed she felt obliged to make him pay somehow. Hence the court case which was thrown out.

Here I was thinking it was Rorchach that said Abbott was standing two foot away and it would be hard for him to have touched her. You need to find out who is sneaking in and using your ID, Rorschach. They are writing things that you clearly do not endorse.
