Yes he did deserve it. He's been inciting hate against her since the day she became PM. He did look on the verge of tears and he will run back to his wife who will again be forced to take more time out from her career to hold his hand in front of the masses. It's all show with Abbott and it's as clear as day what role he plays amongst those women who know him - he's a mummy's boy who can't string two words together unless he's coached.
