I support compulsory super for most, although it doesn't really work for casual labourers. I work for others, regularly, during the year, but the amount of super I contribute (through the compulsory system) is counter-productive due to the fee structure. If I wasn't adding in voluntary contributions on top, it would be a total waste of time.

Are they giving you shit because you own your block, hopster? Wouldn't surprise me if the cu.nts expect you to sell it, before accessing the money that they're charging you fees to administer.

I'm opposed to it because I think financial parasites should gamble with their own money.

No they're rejecting my claim because they're allowed to. They don't even need a valid or genuine reason to do so, they can make up any pitiful excuse they like and know it's costing me money to get stuffed around. Just the pre-paid phone call cost $19 to sit in the queue.

I got onto Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) to apply on compassionate grounds, only to discover Early Release of Superannuation on Compassionate grounds has been transfered to the Department of Human Services.

So this morning I rang them, and they're rejecting my claim because I intend to buy a motor vehicle with it. Every time I put my dole form in, I break the law by hitch hiking the 35km to Gin Gin, and again on the return journey.
Apparently I have tell lies to obtain my money by pretending I intend to have one of my current motor vehicles repaired, or have my stumps ripped out and replaced with dentures.
So that's the current plan, pretend I intend to get my teeeth fixed. The fact I will remain unemployed indeffinately until I have a registered motor vehicle made not the slightest difference to their attitude.

I'm quite angry and lay awake thinking about what I'm going to do about it.
So yes I'm going to keep applying and applying and pester the local federal MP Jeff Seeney (Nationals) about abolition of compulsory super. And I'm going to take extreme measures by running 2 ghost wars. One against AustSafe Super and one against the federal government of Australia.
A company is made up of people, so to hurt the company I'm going to target their staff. I guarantee the trauma councelling will cost them far in excess of what's in my account.
The Department of Human Services is a fed gov dept, so I'm going to target essential infrastructure, and it's going to cost them hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars to clean it up.

I'm sick of living like a feral with no fridge and no car, so if I have to resort to criminal activity to obtain one, I will.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Watch out Yogi. Aussie think you should be dobbed in for being angry and making the previous post.

I guess he assumes you will go postal.

No point you (or anyone not Admin at PA) doing it Monk.....we have no access to even the basic information which might assist.

Very bad.
Clearly I expect you will not damage any infrastructure and your post is one of frustration.
Always remember what you post, send or do on the internet is not private and you are responsible.

Aussie has no clue. Being a Lawyer (or Solicitor ... ;) )does not mean you are across the entire spectrum of the LAW. Lawyers specialise!

Outlaw Yogi needs to talk to someone who is a specialist in Superannuation stuff ...... no good talking to Aussie who only does Wills and Testaments...... and perhaps taxi accidents or something. I can advise on ACT Legislation only. ;)

Were I you Yogi, I would apply for early release of superannuation for two reasons... homelessness and dental.

If you need advice on what to say and what evidence you would require... let me know and I'll change the access to my pm's and discuss privately.

As for dental...............get ye to the Dental Clinic at the Bundaberg Base Hospital, Yogi. But.....says Yogi.............I have no transport to make the trip. Well Rambo, you have made a zillion posts about how you have made that trip even in floods.

I really don't get it. He would have to be on the dole..............he lives on the smell of a pig, no rent to pay.....plenty of opportunity to save some dough to buy and register some sort of vehicle. Still, I do hope the bloke was only joking when he made those very clear threats to the wellbeing of public servants who are just doing their job, and public property. But.....if I were Admin at PA, I could not bank on it being just a joke. Best to be safe, and not extremely sorry.

Very bad.
Who the fuck do you think you are judging people this way... God?

As to the issues of Welfare... you have no fucking idea. You think you can walk into a dental clinic one day and be booked in the next for a full set of teeth? Fuck you are STUPID! There are long wait lists you moron of moron's. You think that a piece of land that is not connected to town utilities, is a stable home? I suppose you think that just like his need for dentures, he can just walk in to a NGO and walk out with community housing. Fuck you Aussie! You are a horrible, uncharitable, thoughtless man. Thank goodness your ugliness is in the minority

Aussie @ Monk's wrote:She knows nothing about Super, and even less on the Dental Clinics run by Qld. Health. If I were her, I'd be a tad more concerned that some of her Colleagues in Centrelink might be in real physical jeopardy. But, I guess I am just a crazy and paranoid person who ought completely disregard as just mere jest what are very clear threats to people and property.
Fuck me dead if the moron won't give up.

Look dickhead, DHS is a Federal Government Department that is in the business of Health and Welfare for Australians. If I need to know about dental services where ever in Australia, I use a data base called Service Finder which give me the location, services available, criteria for eligibility... etc. If I need to know about Early Release of Superannuation, I use an info base called e-reference which gives an overview and, more importantly links to the legislation and policy's interpretation of same.

Otherwise, I have sensed no threat from Yogi towards anyone. What I have sensed from him is complete frustration and anger resulting from his trying to navigate bureaucracy without success.

You should shut the fuck up... you are sounding more horrible by the minute.

Thanks Sappo, appreciated.

Currently gathering paperwork. Had GP fill in form regarding required medical treatment concerning my teeth. Obtained quote for vehicle repairs from smash repairer, and will be visiting a dentist for the 1st time in about 20 years later today, to have the 2nd required medical treatment form filled out.

On phone to DHS (several weeks ago) one of their staff stipulated I cannot buy a registered functioning vehicle, even to obtain medical treatment, but the application form has a box that can be ticked for precisely this purpose. Which would be far more practicle than patching up an old banger.

Have requested 2nd financial hardship application from super company which I'll pick up when I go home. Intend to make 2nd application on financial hardship to company. Failing that, submit medical treatment/dental to DHS in near future.

Possibly a light at the end of the tunnel.
Got over 10K worth of quotes now.
Think they'll have a hard time coming up with excuses to reject my claim now.
But I have a back up just in case.
