I read it and closed it :oops

Thanks for your diligence, Aussie. It took you an hour to find the article but it's a shame you couldn't spend another 30 seconds commenting on the topic

Whenever we refer to Aussie please make reference to this site in all our posts to be compliant.

Step 8: Harass posters by nitpicking at anything he can find.

LOL, get a life Aussie. A plagiarist is someone passing off another's work as their own. We are on a 2 bit forum. All I saw was Black Orchid forgetting to put quotes around a piece of an article already posted here and linked to by mantra. It's not a "crime" nor is it even mandatory to do so by the site rules.
I note you didn't have problem finding the appropriate appellation, even though you failed to note mantra's previous post.

This sort of thing just strengthens my cynicism .. big fuss about how much cubby takes and holds from Murry-Darling basin a few years ago .. now it can be rubber stamped for sale to China.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Would you trust China with our environment and water?

If there is no government register - how did the ABS acquire their figures? They can only give stats on those who disclose their details. Foreign investors wouldn't be obliged to participate - although some would, but others wouldn't.

As the Chinese will be exporting directly to China - they're not subject to tax either. About 35% of the country - possibly more, is foreign owned.

Wait till these foreign powers start demanding a say in how the country is run, although it's possible they're doing it already.
boxy means that 35% you referred to.

So Mozzie, instead of just buzzing around, why don't you make yourself useful and provide the information yourself?
Could it be because it doesn't exist yet?
Could that be why the government have decided to do an audit so they know exactly who owns how much of Australia?
Oh my, that would dent a normal persons argument wouldn't it. But not yours, not you the site's obsessive psycho pedant.
(Not that you ever have an argument, you're just argumentative).

:hi2
That's a goodbye wave BTW.
Not that you ever take the hint. :tease
