The only people who obsess about IPs are the idiots here who keep mentioning it. Anonymising proxies have traditionally been banned at PA. If this 'AnimalMother' is the real deal, he will confirm that to be the case.

Look, as far as a forum and its moderation is concerned, no one should, all things being equal, know anymore than the person's ID used on that forum.
One would hope that maturity wins out and everyone just uses the one id.
In the end, multiple id users are just wasting their time.
Have some courage and conviction, speak your mind and own it.
After all, for all intents and purposes, you are... anonymous.
Single ids make debate/discussion much more manageable and fruitful.
