That was the fake newspaper headline from the movie "Airplane II."

They used to warn us about this in school ... there was an educational film I saw in school about a greasy-haired kid playing in a junk yard with derelict refrigerators who got trapped in one and died. He shouldn't have been playing in the junkyard anyway.

What would you do if you were locked in a refrigerator?
