He is 20. A loner, apparently, mental issues (maybe Bi Polar), wouldn't take his meds, and being a PITA at home and left. I gather that he "converted" to Muslim so his family could be anything. He is a very confused young man. Mental Institutions should be introduced. They do NOT belong in Hospital nor do they belong wandering around the streets. It is NOT their fault, Bi Polar is a genetic thing.
