Get it now and not later but I am sure you know how to handle it.
We had a good chat, I wasnt abusive , but left them under no illusions that I wasn't interested in their bullshit, I gave them two options, They lock in my holiday pay in at its present hourly rate approx $45 an hour or I would tender my resignation, effective immediately , They chose to lock it in lol,
That's how you do it. Good job.
It doesnt hurt that they are both a little scared of me,lol
I have a reputation of being a little psycho, as in my behavior and reactions being unpredictable

A little bit of fear can be a good thing.

I see that Mike Hunt's brother, York Hunt has turned up at OzPol.
There used to be a Michael Hunt, Fitness Trainer, in Sydney back in the 70s. One of the ladies I used to see at Playgroup told us the story about when she joined that particular fitness group and got a free T-Shirt. She wore it home and her hubby told her to "take that bloody thing OFF". She didn't quite know what he was talking about until he explained that the writing on the front of the t-shirt said "EVERYBODY LOVES MIKE HUNT" ....

Back in the 1800s, Texas had a Governor Hogg. He had a daughter named Ima.
I got to work at Space X today. I watched them test fire a rocket motor. It was fun to watch. I wish I could have taken pictures. I worked all morning on the test pad, but had to leave for the test. I heard that because of the noise, every time they fire a rocket up, they have to pay the residents of McGregor if they lived there before Space X was built. For today, I was a rocket scientist.
