Proposed addition to the Constitution
The Constitution as it stands is vague in regard to discharging the duties of the Exalted Leader.
Perhaps a clause could be added to avoid the confusion that results when an Administrator is discharged of his/her duties.
"Exceptional circumstances
Where an administrator becomes corrupted by his/her own idealism and a petition to remove the said administrator becomes blocked, deleted or difficult to access - then the owner of Political Animal may be requested to intervene and remove the administrative control by using proxy votes if necessary.
The discharged administrator will forfeit his eligibility to nominate him/herself or be nominated as administrator in the ensuing election."
It would fit in the section down the bottom - just before Rules.
Perhaps "exceptional circumstances" could be clarified as a sub-clause.
Exceptional circumstances: Where an administrator loses sight of his duties and becomes the master and not the servant and cannot fulfill his duties under the Constitution - that is interferes with a member's log in ability, logs into a membership without permission, imposes unfair and harsh conditions on selected members but not others, bans members on a personal whim and ignores repeated requests of members.
More reasons can be added to the above.

Mantra....go and read the Constitution (perhaps for the first time.) You need a successful Petition before you can have a referendum on an alteration to the Constitution.

How can you have a petition unless you produce the necessary additional clause first?
Re: Proposed addition to the Constitution
Oh god, crybabies!
You could have returned a lot earlier if you had asked Aussie nicely. Aussie could have given you a new password in 5 minutes but that wouldn't be fun, would it Mantra? You had to fucking whinge and whine first for 10 pages. You are a drag and drain on people and boards.

I knew you were behind that password sabotage Monk.
You and Aussie are very creepy. Why would I beg Aussie for a new password when I should have been able to get one without his interference.
You are corrupt and that's why you and Aussie should not be allowed near this board.
Can't you speak without the abuse? You and Lisa are both inarticulate and unable to express yourselves in a civil manner.

I just did draft the clause. The whole thing doesn't need a revamp. Stop throwing your weight around Aussie. You are impotent at present.
Re: Proposed addition to the Constitution
Because you chopped and changed your password and associated email account more times than anyone else on this Board. You and Aussie are very creepy. Why would I beg Aussie for a new password when I should have been able to get one without his interference.
Re: Proposed addition to the Constitution
What fucking password sabotage you whining idiot? You obviously just forgot your password.
Everything is a great big conspiracy against you, eh Mantra?
And you could have used the "I have forgotten my password" facility. That is built in to phpBB, not controllable by an Admin.
Now, liar, you have said I am corrupt.
Can you provide one scintilla of evidence? Do you know what you are fucking talking about at all?
