Dogs should be kept indoors or on leashes instead of roaming free to terrorise children and poo everywhere.

We should lock up cats first. They do far more damage. You can get some nasty diseases from cat poo in your garden.

Cats are nice and fluffy and don't kill people. And they cover their poo up. And don't make love to your legs.

Cats are responsible for far more extinctions than any other imported pest. If a dog breed kills too many people, ban it, but it is stupid to lock up poodles because bulldogs attack kids. You're cat will be even nicer and fluffier if it isn't outside eating native birds and lizards. Burying poo doesn't stop them transmitting nasty diseases to humans.
