Albanese's blatant lies re- nuclear energy

Post by mellie » Sun Dec 15, 2024 7:11 pm

This is exactly what I would have expected from a government who's made deals with China regarding their long-term investment of renewable energy in Australia , in exchange for campaign and party sponsorship.
China doesn't want Australia to become independent , utilising it's own clean resources, China currently manufacturers 90% of our green, renewable energy products, and our going nuclear stands to hurt China's already dying economy.

This is an Australian political leader who is more invested in China's manufacturing industry than his own countries.

https://www.smh.com.au/politics/federal ... 5ffvg.html

Australian researchers created solar photovoltaic technology – which converts sunlight directly into electricity – but China invested strategically in manufacturing and now dominates global supply, producing about 90 per cent of the world's solar panels.- SMH Mar 2024

With 99% of Australian solar panels being manufactured in China, should Australia go nuclear, this will hurt China's manufacturing industry greatly.

It's definitely time to make the transition to nuclear energy in Australia, make use of all our natural resources.

Bad luck for China.
Bad luck for Labor and Albo 😎

I wrote about this year's ago, and am glad we have a Liberal candidate with some vision beyond being held to ransom by another countries manufacturing industry.

The ALP are absolutely threatened by the prospect of Australia going nuclear, because without China's endorsement of their party, they will have to rely upon what Australians are prepared to offer in the way of political sponsorships ( donations) instead.

Refugee's and low-income immigrants can't afford to sustain their grubby campaigns. They rely upon big industry and unions especially that which CHINA has invested in.

No wonder Albos gone into overdrive about the prospect of Australia going nuclear.
Dutton has the right idea, utilising a combination of natural and affordable resources that we have available to us in Australia.

Albo has shot himself in the foot in calling Duttons nuclear energy transition unaffordable. He will now have to explain how this is so.

He can't! 😀

Ray Hadley had Peter Dutton on his show every Thursday and there were many discussions with him and nuclear experts about the viability of us going nuclear. The 'costings' that Casanova Bowen keeps putting across are lies, as you'd expect from him, and the left's 'renewables' plan will cost us much much more as is always the case with the short-sighted and Chinese owned left.

Net zero and Bowen's full green energy plan will probably bankrupt us.

Not to mention, under Labor's 'agreement' deal with AUKUS they'll make Australia the dumping ground for nuclear waste.

Back to the drawing board, fortunately, Dutton has a vision which makes perfect sense to me, which is to make use of all available and affordable sources of energy, it doesn't have to be one or the other, black or white. But for China, it's all or nothing, and it's Chinas government our Labors watermelons are aiming to appease. There shouldn't be deadline for net zero emissions either, particularly when we are the only country in our region prepared to sacrifice our economy to save a few whales.

We'll get there when we get there. The whole net- zero deadline factor was to place pressure on our government to reach an agreement wherby we would hastily agree to purchase renewables from China. Let's think this though again.

Good post.
You're right too Mellie.

It's one of several elephants in the room that needs to be discussed.

I have no doubt that the ALP are pro China, pro black victimhood which is the Media narrative. Definitely not pro Australian or pro American.

With the ALP keeping China's interests afloat. Hopefully Dutton and Co will put the squeeze on China more so and with Trump also doing it. China will be forced to take alternative measures.
It's all about putting pressure on China and not giving it room to manoeuvre like the ALP does.
The farce of Albanese using the fear of China crap and then spending $600m of our money for a footy team is criminal and a joke! I would say a military base in PNG would be more of a benefit than throwing footballs at invading Chinese troops.

We have to strive towards independence, this unhealthy manufacturing co-dependency we have with China will destroy us if we don't start thinking outside the square and start manufacturing essential products ourselves or at least building multiple other trade-partners, for when China gets the dirts on us. And they will.
It's inevitable.

I agree with everything you say re- fear of China farce Jason, however it's how their CCP is infiltrating our neighbours, our allies which is of concern geopolitically speaking.

China is actively trying to break down our defences, or perhaps expanded trade partners perhaps?

If someone on the street told you that China's anti- West anti- Australian & American & UK Communist Party were infiltrating the Solomon Islands, PNG, etc, our apparent allies who we throw football teams and millions of dollars towards building a stronger police force and economy, $190M,.... would you be inclined to believe them?

China fight dirty.

Dirty fighters always lose in the end and China will lose much more than it gains from war.
