After the Pneumonic Pandemic (Spanish Flu) a small percentage of people started to exhibit strange symptoms: Sleep Disease it was also called. Statues, tiredness a walking coma, etc.
Great video on a really weird disease that there was a sort of cure for as many 'awoke' again.
The movie 'Awakenings' with Williams and DeNiro was about this.
...but the thing about this clip is the mention of Long Covid sufferers and a similar connection.
