Ode to Socks

Socks looks like he’s very cold
Monk is off and very old
Socks needs love and tender care
Monk needs to be placed in care

Socks is always looking sad
Monk is always fucking mad
Socks wants to go out and play
Monk prefers to troll all day

PA must save Socks the dog
Monk is suffering from brain fog
I’ll organise the getaway car
How do we get to Antarctica???

About a liar and thief
Who's not quite OK.

If I could reveal
a secret or two
About a liar and thief
Who Aussie should sue.

It would be a secret
Regarding some cash
Which was never sent
(You see Drunk's full of trash)

Dumbarse the Drunk
has run off with the dough
And spent it on grog
That's all that we know

Enquiring about something
Which doesn't exist
Is why this saga continues
And insanity persists

If we could visit Drunk's home
We would find nothing there
He's got nothing in the fridge
His cupboards are bare

Whatever money Drunk has
Is pissed against the wall
So we're looking for something
From Drunk who has nothing at all.
