I would love to make a Margherita cake but there is a problem—all the cake tins bar a loaf tin are packed up! Maybe a suitable size/shape casserole lined with baking paper? Stay tuned!
I have preserved ginger in syrup, flour, baking powder, rye flour, just bought some butter, I have eggs. Think I need some sugar. Have some muscovado molasses sugar, use that in place of some of the white sugar.
