I wish we would quit changing the clock. Our change isn't until 11/7.

Oh No.
The paint will start fading again.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

I have seven mechanical clocks (and a few in various states of repair)
Some as old as 120 years and one nearly 200 years old.
some of hardwood and the old brass ones.
It takes me a few minutes to move them all forward.
But taking them back an hour is a big job.
Mechanical clocks do not like being wound back, especially the ones with chimes.
I usually stop them all and wait.
Including my watches, clocks and car clocks I have 23 clocks that need to be changed every time.
A pain in the butt.
But I love my clocks, the ticking and chimes relax me.
Not so my daughter who finds them "Too loud" all the time.
I build them, I repair them and I love them.

Still, the plants grow more with the extra hours daylight.

My days are getting shorter. I'm looking forward to cooler weather.

I would like our DST to be the permanent time rather than returning to the original time where it is dark at 5:30 in the afternoon in winter.
Taxpayers are the modern equivalent of Hebrew slaves building the pyramids for the Egyptian political class.
