Type your reply, use "Preview", then "Submit". If the "glitch" still appears, close the page. Do NOT hit the "submit" again or you will get a double post, which you can always delete anyhow. See that little X ... that's the delete post button.

Yes - I've had to go through and delete heaps of double posts and
even a triple post from Monk.
