(CNN)President Joe Biden is doing "100% fine" after he tripped while walking up the stairs to board Air Force One earlier Friday, White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.
Biden stumbled as he climbed the plane's steps, initially appearing to trip, get up, then trip a second time. He struggled to get up the second time for a brief moment, before making it up, turning to wave at the top of the steps before hustling inside.
"So, as you know, it's pretty windy outside, it's very windy. I almost fell coming up the steps myself," she said while briefings reporters on the plane on the way to Atlanta. "He is doing 100% fine."

Joe Biden handily beat Donald Trump in a fake election.
After all of the winning that Biden has been doing,
no one predicted that it would be a set of stairs that would finally bring him to his knees –
but that is exactly what happened when he attempted to board Air Force One Friday morning.
He began to slip, then caught himself, then slipped and fell a second time, going all the way to his knees.
He beat QAnon.
He beat vaccine hesitancy.
He’s beaten the white race.
But he has finally met his match: stairs.
These are carpeted stairs, and thus not slippery.
If Joe Biden can’t defeat stairs, then how does he hope to defeat
Iran, Russia, China and all of these other countries he is planning wars with?
