Govts lack of long term planning

Post by sprintcyclist » Sun Feb 09, 2020 12:18 pm

Govts for the past 40 years are responsible for ;

1/ Towns being close to running out of water.

2/ Rivers running dry.

3/ Increasing criminal elements in our society

4/Decreased educational outcomes.

5/ Housing becoming unaffordable

6/ The native wildlife often becoming endangered

The only long term planning our grubberment has ever engaged in

Was setting up their seriously suspect futures fund

To ensure tgat they will always be able to access their obscene pensions.

Other than that, TGEY have never thought about anything else.

Do the state governments have any way to argue with the national government? I've found that power is best wielded as close to the people as possible.

We have states fighting the feds all the time. Left states and right.

We have regular conferences between the Feds and the States' governments, Tex where most problems are ironed out to some satisfaction.

Yep

That's where they work out;
how hard to screw the taxpayer
How to decide the spoils
And what they plan to do with their ill gotten gains

Criminals all of them.
