Have been thinking mine is a bit slower and not up to the cutting edge as it used to be.
Now the battery is not holding charge as well, I am using it more often. It would not load an app as my phone is too old.

I'd give a try to the new Poco F1.

My wife likes her S8 Active. The active are more water and shock resistant. I don't know the differences between 8 and 9 and the cost difference. Samsung man myself!
I never buy the latest models usually buy new older models on Ebay!
Although I am now falling behind a bit as I have a Galaxy S6 Edge I see they are up to S10.

My S4 is still going ok. Cleared the cache, all is good. It has a reprieve.

I have a Samsung Galaxy III 4G - old, had it for years, but since I only use it to tell the time, enter my appointments with the Dr and the occasional text messages, it does me.

Have cleared the cached a few time recently.
That has solved the problems i had with it
Those problems would well arise on a new phone.
