Qld Labor have had Adani jumping through flaming hoops for several years, and Adani keeps complying with the new terms and diktats, so Trad (Qld Deputy Premier and Treasurer) care of Labor and anti-coal partisan bureaucunts keep changing the rules and requirements already agreed to and drawn up in consultation with the duplicitous bureaucunts.
They (Qld Labor) threw up some new hurdles under the guise of a supposedly endangered finch who's habitat extends from NSW border to North Qld.
Labor got absolutely smashed federally in Qld ... Palayzuk (sp?) [pronounced Palah-zhay] and Co know they're headed for electoral wipe-out in the 2020 state election, and now can't rush the approvals through quick enough to abate their electoral anxieties.
