Alabama: enacts strictest anti-abortion laws in US

Post by Nicole » Thu May 16, 2019 7:24 pm

Reports coming in that Alabama has just signed into law the nations strictest abortion laws.

Raped: abortion illegal
Incest: abortion illegal

A doctor giving an abortion faces 99 years in jail.

Jesus Christ!

That's pretty shocking in this day and age.

Rather typical of the right-to-lifer viewpoint though. Funny how many American men think they should control womens' bodies.

Nope. I defend Muslims, not their religion, Black Orchid. Of course, that might be too subtle for an Islamophobe like yourself to understand.

The women will just go to another state to get their abortion.
Therefore it's just symbolism.

No it is not. Muslims are people, Black Orchid. Islam is the religion that they believe in. I know it's a subtle difference for an Islamophobe but hey, at least make an effort.

A man is committed to 18 years of child support and being a father at conception. Why does a woman have until the baby is born to decide? Where are the rights of the father and of the unborn child? It all comes down to when does life begin. Since that can't yet be proven, I will begrudgingly allow a rape victim to have an abortion, but I want no part of it. And if the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother, you have to go with the most viable life, usually the mother. If mom is in a coma and you don't know if she will ever wake up, I would side with the baby. Those situations are very rare.
