Some people are just horrible!

Post by Black Orchid » Sat Dec 29, 2018 7:01 pm

Hundreds of potential owners have offered to adopt a dog which was seen being abandoned in “heartbreaking” footage.

CCTV from Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, last week showed the Staffordshire bull terrier jumping up at the driver’s window of a car after its passenger left a dog bed at the side of the road.

Millions of people watched the video and hundreds have since come forward offering to adopt him.

But the white dog, nicknamed Snoop by veterinary staff, will not be rehomed while the investigation into his abandonment is ongoing, the RSPCA said.

“The footage has to be seen to be believed, it’s just awful,” RSPCA inspector Natalie Perehovsky said.

“To see the poor dog in such obvious distress, jumping up at the car as it drives away, is just heartbreaking. I can’t understand how someone could do this.

“The vets scanned his microchip and we have traced two previous owners in the Birmingham area, but do not believe either are the current owners and therefore not those responsible for abandoning the dog.

“One man can be seen clearly in the footage dumping the dog, and there is a second person in the driver’s seat of the car. I am very keen to hear from anyone who recognises the vehicle, the man or the dog.”

Veterinary staff have nicknamed the dog Snoop and said he was in good condition and thought to be two years old.

Described by vets as “a friendly, lovely boy”, the dog is currently being cared for at a private boarding kennel.

“Anyone who recognises the vehicle, the dog or the men in the footage can contact me in complete confidence, by leaving me a message on our inspector’s appeal line number on 0300 123 8018,” Inspector Perehovsky added.

“It beggar’s belief that someone could abandon a dog like this at Christmas, but we are so thankful to the kind people who found Snoop sitting sadly in his bed for taking him to the safety of a vet’s straight away.”

I don't see why the poor dog can't be adopted, at least temporarily, whilst this is being investigated. @holes!

Dogs give their love and loyalty without judgement.

Anyone who does this to a dog deserves nothing but pity.

If you own a dog, it's for life.

Hi Valkie, Cods & Orchid,
that man didn't realise - that dog loved him and would have died for him.

Bingo!

I've got no respect for someone who gets a dog and then gets rid of it when it's not convenient anymore.

A few years ago the old French woman next door who previously didn't want to know me, all of a sudden wants to be my new best friend (pocket dweller). Which was pretty annoying 'coz I'd just spent 4 years getting problem people out of my life. What I didn't know at the time was she was just the next police informant inviting themselves into my life - seems I'm a dangerous extremist who needs to be under (near) constant surveillance ... she's got little gardens, tables and chairs/benches and ornaments all over her front yard, but the odd thing was a lone chair out in the long grass lined up to watch my letter box and driveway. Then I knew who was making the calls so I always had a Neighbourhood watch tail whenever I went out.

I couldn't keep her out of my place - constantly walking in to my camp at inconvenient times and preventing me maintain my block. She also got rid of her car so I had to drive her everywhere. When I took her shopping she'd pay half the fuel and fill the cab with her shit, so there's no room for mine. I started tying duffle bags on the tray, so she filled that up too. This meant I had to go out again to do my own shopping. So the ute "needed repairs" for a bit.

She kept banging on about how she wanted a dog, so I took her to a block up the valley where a Kelpie/Dingo bitch had a litter.
She took a liking to a black and tan pup, and when ready was taken to her place.

She wanted me to do up her bathroom, and told me I'd said I'd paint her house (up on stilts and no scaffolding).
One day I went over as organised (by her) to work on her bathroom and she's claiming someone had removed the collar and stolen her dog from under the raised house. I went to the lounge where he had been tied up to see no rope and no collar.
Later on she was going on about how she got lost in the back streets of west Bundy looking for the RSPCA.
I thought if the dog had wandered or run away you'd look for it locally, like at Gin Gin dog pound, and if he'd been stolen you certainly wouldn't look at the RSPCA 100km away. When she got drunk she bitched about him digging up her garden.

Pretty obvious she dumped him at the RSPCA because he dug up her garden, and I thought "Well, what do you want, a dog or a garden?"

She organised for me to work on her bathroom on a Tuesday. I got raided by Gin Gin uniforms for a dope crop that didn't exist that day. I went over the following day and she was out. I went over a couple of weeks later regarding some dozer work she wanted done and wouldn't speak to me ... Yipee, I'm free.

I'm told she later got a Maltese yap yap, and it disappeared.

My surveillance cameras got her despite her avoiding them.
That's her, ugly on the outside and ugly on the inside.

My son owns an animal rescue farm.

He rings me occasionally, almost in tears about the disgusting way some people treat animals.
A while ago, there was one bitch who had been forced to breed over 100 pups in a year.
She was a mess, it took my son months to get her back to health.

He gets pups that are starving, been abused and mistreated.
In about 10% of cases, they cannot be saved or have to be put down because they are dangerous.

He and his family love animals, this is why they try to help.
Their own zoo, as we call it, are treated with love and respect.

The old bitch, she cannot be given to anyone,
She is damaged goods
But my son treats her lovingly and he has adopted her.
He knows her days are numbered
But he also wants her to know love before she passes.

People are horrible
People don't deserve animals.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream
