Is there any way we can deport this women.

A MUSLIM woman who refused to take off her veil to give evidence in court has been warned she may be charged with contempt because she also refuses to stand for the Judge.
Moutia Elzahed the second “wife” of convicted IS recruiter Hamdi Alqudsi caused controversy last week when she refused to take off her veil to give evidence in a civil case where she is suing the police over a terrorism raid of her home in 2014.
Judge Audrey Balla stopped Ms Elzahed from giving evidence saying she needed to see her face to assess her credibility.
This morning Judge Balla challenged her barrister Clive Evatt on why Ms Elzahed would not stand for her, in accordance with court protocol, each time she entered and left the bench.

“I noticed on Wednesday and I see again today that the first plaintiff (Ms Elzahed) does not stand when I come onto the bench and when I leave the bench, is there a reason?” Judge Balla asked.
Mr Evatt replied, “according to my instructions she won’t stand for anyone except Allah, which I’m not particularly happy with.”
Judge Balla told Mr Evatt that his client should be made aware that she could be charged under new changes to contempt of court laws which have made it easier to prosecute people who refused to stand in court.
“It won’t (the decision) be made by me but will be made by others,” Judge Balla said.
“I just wanted to check that she had received advice.”
clive evatt who the hells paying him I wonder. pity he doesnt tell her to take her case elsewhere...
give her a oneway ticket to Syria I am sure that will make her happy..she obviously doesnt like it here.

Imagine if you showed that sort of disrespect in a muslim state.
Rip the head gear off her head and drag her to her feet.
Give her the option to go out the back and stone her like they do back home.
I think she'll come around to our way of thinking.

We watched the news tonight and this news item came up.
We saw this big, fat, short BLOB hiding under a black sheet....marching out of court.
Our 2 younger kids thought the BLOB was some scary monster that had escaped from some jungle.
That bloody bitch frightened the living daylights out of them.
Given the context of WHY she's in court, her unacceptable and revolting attitude towards our legal system ought to be enough for a one way deportion order out of Australia.
I would rather die than sell my heart and soul to an online forum Anti Christ like you Monk

Judges need to toughen up.
Sentence her to a week in gaol as a starter for contempt of court.
Reconvene a week later and double it if she continues with the nonsense.

LOOK i AM A MIGRANT OF SORTS.. CAME HERE MANY YEARS AGO. paid my own way not a 10 pound pom..
and apart from two speeding tickets never done the wrong thing.... and I dont blame all our migrants for our problems..
but I am convinced some cultures are not meant to migrate they just dont assimilate or at least it will take several generations for them to do so.,..
this women in particular and one or two others have demonstrated they have done something wrong... her husband is a good example...and this is their way of showing if they could they would spit on our courts and judges...
and thats not on...
in my book they would get two chances of showing respect....
if their attitude doesnt change
then so not expect to use our courts....
do not stuff up our system to please yourself and =your stupid silly arsehole.culture..
we dont want it here.

That black "tent" thing could be hiding a couple of her kids for all we know. Might be the "other wife" attending too ... taking turns at going to Court. You can't see who it is, so could even be her hubby dressed up.
I read somewhere that she could get 14 days in the clink, or $1500 ? fine for being rude to the Judge .... hope they throw her in a cell. I wonder if she was born here or migrated? That lot aren't welcome here.
