“If you know of any addicts, go ahead and kill them yourself as getting their parents to do it would be too painful.”

This is the advice of the newly elected President of The Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, urging the public in Manila to not only kill drug dealers, but addicts as well. In response the bodies are piling up. 18 extra-judicial killings over the weekend.

Sounds like a country without rule of law!

They start off killing drug dealers with no questions asked, it then progresses to killing anyone they dont like with immunity!

Redy, ASG = Abu Sayaf Group.

Maybe the Chinese army will support ASG, like in Tibet (called Maoist rebels).

Tunrbabble should understand where Australia is, and why China wants it.

Remember the old PA with DT, and how I posted a couple of photos of foetuses on plates with eggs, knife n fork, bacon and sauce, yeah. And how this was a feminist/exotica statement about conception, abortion, death and power? And that they were associated with the ABC? Well I got them from ABC associated computers; here’s another (Melbourne)>

Paris overnight is just another attack on the young.

The coming sociopathic war will be designed to annihilate offspring.

I watched the National Press Club last night. What a classic.
The audience and presenters were all morbid and terrified. The authors of the ‘skills shortage’, now authors of their own demise

And on Lateline, US Reserve rep Lorreta Mester morbid and petrified from the get-go

ha

Don't worry folks UNPOL will save us

Certainly,

Rodrigo "Rody" Duterte is an open supporter of vigilante justice, with specific ties to the Daveo Death Squad. His campaign for president was his promise to be tough on crime, and his track record as Mayor of Daveo, where vigilante death squads effected a massive reduction in petty crime (coinciding with a sharp rise in murders). His death squads are responsible for the death of more than 1,000 alleged criminals. 132 of those were children under the age of 18.

Just a few months ago he was elected president with broad support, vowing to bring about the same nationally. During the campaign he promised to execute 100,000 alleged criminals and throw their bodies into the Manilla Bay.

"If you are doing an illegal activity in my city, if you are a criminal or part of a syndicate that preys on the innocent people of the city, for as long as I am the mayor, you are a legitimate target of assassination." - Mayor Duterte 2009

As president he has openly encouraged the public to go out and kill anyone selling drugs. In particular he has asked parents to kill their children if they suspect them of being a drug pushers. While murder is still illegal in Philippines, he has promised a full presidential pardon and an actual medal for anyone who carries this out. More recently, he has expanded this to include drug users, as well as pushers. As I mentioned in the OP, the bodies are already piling up.

"she was so beautiful, I think the mayor should have been first. What a waste." - Mayor Duterte 1990, on the rape and murder of an Australian missionary in his city.

He's an interesting character to say the least. Makes Trump look like a bleeding heart. We should bear this in mind as Australia is about to get into bed with him over the South China Sea.
