Specialist outpatient clinics closed

I know funds have to be found by the government after the ALP splurged and squandered money that we didn't have but closing down the free specialist clinics is just wrong. I am sure some people cannot afford to pay $300 for a specialist visit.

Many are being closed and others have been ordered to close for the month of April to save money. It is being kept very hush hush too.

Not sure to be honest.

I had to take a friend to the hospital last sunday and overheard the nurses complaining about it. They said they had worked there for 15 years and it had never happened before.

State/Federal. Same camp. Both inherited debt and both will end up hurting the 'little people' trying to even things out.

Did K Rudd close down any medical clinics, even for a short while, while he quaffed down free meals!
