Ratings agencies, don't rate. AAA no way.

As I've mentioned to Monk who keeps spouting Labor's propaganda re AAA ratings... the ratings agencies don't rate.

On the 7:30 Report they ran a story tonight about the agencies being taken to court and losing. Already the Australian Federal court have found against Standard & Poors. IMF Australia are continuing to act against rating agencies and the Netherlands and the US will also be following suit.
