Goddamn, Rudd has perfected the art of coming across as a creepy bastard. The look on his face, it's like he's smiling because he just got away with fucking the neighbor's dog. You kind of want to bop him on the back of the head just to get him to knock it off. Seriously, I've seen convicted pedophiles that looked less creepy than him.
