Increase in racist rants are the ALPs fault

By flooding the country with illegal immigrants and unable to control the borders the ALP have instilled distrust of all foreigners in the community. The level of angst is rising because their incompetence, not to mention their dog whistling over 457 visas

Under John Howard, the borders were controlled and immigration was not only at record levels but record acceptance among all Australians.

It's time to remove these incompetents before they damage the fabric of Australian society

These racist rants aren't surprising in Sydney. You can wander around the city and not see one caucasian for an hour.

Call me racist or whatever I don't really care. I doubt anyone who lives in Sydney feels much differently. If anyone is making Aussies racist it's the government forcing this down our throats and not dispersing the new arrivals proportionately around the country.

Whole leafy established streets are being demolished to make way for high rise for immigrants. Council objections are being overturned by the Land and Environment Court. Residents have no say. No wonder some people are being pushed to extremes.

Multiculti is the problem. We tell people they can come here and live their lives as they always have. So we invite difference, we invite disharmony, we authorise and accept a silent invasion and the creation of enclaves.

I was born in Melbourne and lived in Sydney for 15 years, my only child was born there. My reason for moving to Canberra was to avoid problems. I did NOT want to move here. However, it has worked out OK.

I can understand what Black Orchid says. I lived in Woollahra and St Ives. Sydney used to be a rather busy Metropolis .. the Suburbs were OK .........

Canberra was a purely Caucasian place too, once upon a time.

I don't believe in Multiculturalism, I believe in cultural integration and assimilation, which should be a requirement, a condition before they are granted residency.


When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

Australia is our Rome.


If they want residency, this is , want to be called Australians, and reap the benefits of being called Australian citizens, ie, Medicare etc.... then they should be expected to demonstrate their willingness to assimilate.

Until then, they are a guest in this country, and should act as such.
This and pay their own way.

In legislation and theory, so as not to offend our immigrant voters, though as we all know, some party's back it more than others.

Some even make a career of it to get the minority vote.



See, the problem is, if a politician is seen to be opposed to Multiculturalism, they are branded racists.

I have no problem with immigrants bringing with them their culture, this and even practicing it here in Australia within a given context, so long as it respectfully conforms with our culture, and laws....and neither impinges or aims to undermine our existing Australian culture and way of life.

Ie, Refugees receiving medical treatment and benefits for themselves and their multiple wives here in Australia is unacceptable.



There needs to be standards, and despite their cultural heritage, they should be required to assimilate and foster ours, and if they wish, they may continue practicing theirs too, but should be required to make the effort, this and form part-of the existing culture of the nation they wish to reside.


I am not saying they should abandon their religion at the doorstep, because culture and religion are two very different things.

One of these prerequisites should be that they learn our national language, or in the instance of refugees, should be expected to learn it before forming part of our nation.

How may one integrate and learn a nations given culture if they cant mingle properly with those who already form part of it and celebrate it?

Funny considering race is not culture.
Mind you religion is cultural and in the case of Islam it it a way of life, as it guides all aspects of life.
