Rudd Quits cause Rudd is a quitter.
Rudd was never been able to handle the workload.

Yes Yes it's true, the narcissistic Rudd has resigned in fear of being sacked by a woman (Gillard, the jury is still out on that)

Don't know why the moron changed the thread title,

obviously they're a Rudd supporter and want to down play the atrocious behaviour Rudd has displayed.
Rudd is a complete embarrassment to Australia.

What if Rudd the Dud joined the mad Katters red-green tea party and formed the Rudd-Katter alliance, then scored a fair whack of Labors disaffected EX-Labor supporters votes (those who might have supported Labor in a Rudd-lead Labor party) only for Katter and Rudd to hand their grubby preferences straight over to the Labor party aka Bill Shorten's US style Administration come election day anyway?
Careful .... they're practised poll dancers.
Why are we so thick?

With Rudd getting a shellacking 31/71 ALP leadership support when will Rudd get the message!
But Rudd has already indicated that he will challenge again despite his assurance that he will do what he is told.
As Rudd has stated that he will not
initiate any new leadership challenge, but when it was put to him that what if someone else initiated it (like Doug Cameron or Bruce Hawker), Rudd wouldn't knock back that opportunity.

I suspect if you were to stroll down the hallowed halls in Canberra tonight you might walk past Julia's office and find her, Swanny, Arbib and a few supporters timidly knocking the froth off a few Becks non-alcoholic brews to celebrate the victory and farewell Arbib with a purple heart. But wander a few more doors down to the office of K Rudd and you'll find Team Rudd, roaringly drunk, party in full swing, laughing and singing "We've got the bastards now!". 30 votes in 3 days was enough, Julia will be gone in 6 months.

Arbib resigned from federal politics which is a good start. He was disruptive to the party from the very beginning. Rudd will depart for the UN shortly I suspect. I doubt he would have quit his portfolio and challenged Gillard unless he had a soft spot to land if he was rejected.
It is incredible that Labor has allowed itself to become so unstable. Changing leaders during a term is the worst thing any government could do. State Labor did this to Morris Iemma also then after another two or three changes in leadership resorted to the same policies they booted him out for.
The coalition is also an unknown quantity and the thought of them being in power is just as worrying. There is no steady hand there either. Howard and Costello held it together during Howard's reign, but it's unlikely Abbott and Julie Bishop can do the same.

Rudd should have remained Foreign Minister then he would have drwoned his sorrows and would have made the taxpayers pay for his trips to the US to visit the Scores strip club!
Oh just so he could stick his finger in an ear hole to dig out some ear wax of course
