As I get older Gordon ,I enjoy the heat less, I like to get out on my property and do a few things but just to bloody brutal in these conditions, So i have to settle for bathing in the pool, lol

Me too.
I like to run, I've never been a star but back in the day when I ran in very hot weather with blokes who would otherwise kick my arse, I'd beat them.
These days I just avoid.
