You are clutching at straws....
Back to the point. You say you are pro nuclear power, and that because you are 'pro,' you keep secret these alleged 'conventions?

Nah, you can't spell 'oversee' either. And 'twas' is "'twas."
Now back to the topic, 'gimme' the links you lazy skunk!!!!
I gave you direct references to web sites that will answer your questions. Do you not know how to use google?
I know and you know that you have no interest in genuine debate with me... you are merely seeking to waste my time, pick on spelling, and generally caste your nuisance factor in my direction because it pleases you to be a troll. Were you trolling on matters of insults... I'd engage... but on matters of debate topics... I never engage the known troll who is trolling.

You wouldn't know... you can't even google for yourself.
LOL... we played a similar game regarding the centrelink emergency relief grant and I was proven right after being challenged by you. This time, although I would yet again be proven correct, I'm not going to play your stupid and trivial little games Troll.

No there not. it is japan wearing egg because they dared to place nuke plants on a hyperactive fault line. It is against the conventions in place and there is talk that they will be questioned on it.
Well I'll agree to disagree if you do regarding egg in the face, but I still think this disaster sadly confirms what so called scaremongers have said time and time again.
What do you think about Lucas Heights reactor site being built on 2 fault lines? ... albeit apparently not hyperactive.

Wave - 10,000 to 20,000 dead
Nukes - 9 injured
Is that about right?
This is the biggests disaster you could ever expect to put a nuclear powerplant through. It is a worst case senario... you fearmongerers are obviously hoping like hell that it turns out a whole hell of a lot worse than Chernobyl, with all the whine that has been brought already. What did Chernobyl kill? 100?
Pales into insignificance, really.

Yes, there is a place for nuclear energy, Australia more so than any other over-populated, seismically volatile continent on earth.
As for Japan....well, tidal , geothermal, wind... it probably wasn't such a great idea building a nuclear reactor so close to an active volcano...just my opinion.

Nuke fusion technology is improving all the time, but that said, a nuke reactor should never be built near a fault line and should always be fully housed under ground... including all the incidentals such as back up generators and the like.

Bob Dullard has already ruled out nukes under her govt while simultaneously suggesting the flood levy will now be a permanent tax

Since you show yourself as one that may be earning well over 50,000 smakeroons, really, will $1.00 per week hurt you?
I am a self funded retiree, not on a pension, if they were to force it from me at $5 per week, it would hurt me.
And I am sure it will be tax deductable come end of June.

"We don't need nuclear energy," -Ms Gillard on Q&A ABC last night.
Sounds like....

Waters became increasingly involved in left-wing politics and eventually joined the British Communist Party.
