Me, obviously. You, even, Bobby. You are as good as those who aspire to it now. Of course, an Australian Head of State would only have the same powers that the GG has now, no more. The Parliament won't allow anything else and that person has to be elected by them, rather than a mass general election.
I gave up my knighthood so I'm not good enough.
