You guys leave me for dead. Lol.
Tonight Rice via rice cooker. Kangaroo mince slow cooked with minced garlic two teaspoons, half a diced onion with a bottle of cheap pasta sauce. Tins of chopped carrot, peas and corn thrown in when finished. Should do for two nights.

When homeless in my younger dryas years.
I would jump backyards and eat from compost heaps and bins.
The Greeks of Melbourne had the best throwouts.

Ahh. All that my kanga-rice dinner(s) needed was a bottle of Praise Ceasar Salad dressing poured in and mixed to provide a more moist experience.

Once my compost heap sprouted heaps of beautiful fresh potatoes from
old ones I had thrown into it.
They were perfect and I harvested them and ate them with delight.

For something different with your roo meat.
I don't eat roo meat myself, but if I were to try it, I'd do it like this.
2 hour's stewing will definitely kill all parasites.

This recipe calls for beef, but I can't see why it wouldn't work for roo.
Lol it's probably what we've all been eating from the local bakery for years anyway.

Skippy pie.....
I'd add cheese, egg + bacon to it and call it a Skippy breaky pie.

Want something fast, healthy?
Feel like crap but have to cook something anyway?
I have a mouth full of ulcers and just didn't feel like cooking, then an awesome friend sent me this.
All sorted. Meal replacement shake for me and this for my tiny dancer when she's finished dancing tonight.

Too easy.
Will add a little shredded roasted chicken to it too.
I'll use capsicum instead of tomatoe, just because.
You could add anything you like, be creative.
Depending on how I'm feeling later, I might try sucking some through a straw later after applying lindocain gel. Lol
( Note to Tld, probably isn't a great idea to take expired foliate before MTX. )
Hope u are doing ok btw, keeping yourself safe and dry.
Yes, nurses sometimes get a little complacent re- checking their OWN meds are still in date too.
My bad.
In fairness, it's been a while so...

Roo meat is good quality, like Venison.
Better quality and healthier for you than the best beef or lamb.
